Fantastic products, price and shipping

I couldn't ask for better. I got the pet carrier I needed at a fantastic discount, it was shipped very quickly at a very reasonable price and was exactly as promised. Thank you!!

Poor Customer Service and Website

I ordered a SleepyPod Air online. There was a discount code but nowhere to enter the code online. I emailed customer service to ask about applying my discount. Never heard back. Received my item in a timely manner but will not be ordering from this company again.

Very Poor Customer Service

My experience with PetSwag was nothing short of horrible. I tried to contact customer service four times to cancel an order that had been backordered. The company emailed me offering a cancellation due to the unexpected backorder, which I replied to with confirmation that I wanted to cancel.

After getting no response from PetSwag I was able to file a Fraudulent Charge with PayPal and they refunded my money, minus their fees. I never heard a word from PetSwag, even after the Fraudulent Charge was approved by PayPal and I sent them a follow-up email.

I am completely disgusted by the lack of communication from PetSwag and I would not recommend working with this company. Thank goodness for PayPal, but I would assume a credit card company would also approve a fraudulent charge.

Extra Care and Extra Service.

I changed my mind after placing the order and Doug from customer service said there would be no problem with the color change. The package arrived nicely packed and with the item in the color I requested changed. :-)

Happy to recommend.

Sleepypod Air - Pet carrier

First of all I ordered the Sleepypod Air and got it about $20. less than anyplace else.....then free shipping.....then it arrived a day sooner than promised. I am very happy with PetSwag (and with the product) My little toy English Spaniel.....fits nicely and is now traveling in my car safe and sound with a secure seat belt holding him in his pod. (He weighs about 11 pounds) I will be back PetSwag.......Very happy!

We used PetSwag for promised great price, brand name products, and fast delivery. They accomplished all three. Buy with confidence and be assured that what you think you are buying is what you will actually receive.

Excellen customer service

I ordered the SleepyPod Air and accidentally selected yellow. I realized after hitting the submit button, and emailed them immediately to request to change the color to black. I received a reply about 15 minutes later indicating that they made the change. I received the pet carrier about 4-5 days later.

Fantastic customer service

My order was shipped immediately after I pressed purchase. The product arrived two days later and was exactly as described. I decided I wanted to exchange it for a different pet carrier (one that was airline approved) so I followed the instructions in my original confirmation email and went to the 'returns' section of their website. I explained what I would like to exchange it for and literally within an hour I received a personal email saying they shipped out my replacement product and inside the box was a return label for my original purchase. Great service!

Sleepypod purchase

There was unavoidable delays from the manufacturer with the shipment of the sleepypod I ordered. Original estimate said it would ship mid November and it didn't ship until the week before Thanksgiving.

That being said, Petswag went above and beyond to communicate with the customers and find solutions so that travel plans could be accommodated, offering refunds, other carriers and expedited shipping and one-on-one communication. I received my sleepypod by second day air, two days before I left on my trip.

I was really impressed by the responsibility they took for the delays and the steps they took to fix the situation and would have no qualms in recommending this store to others. They'll definitely get my business again!
