We had booked a wash / groom for our Cockapoo at 12.30pm today 15 April at the Preston Capital Centre. Unfortunately, when we arrived (after a 25 minutes drive from Grimsargh) we were told the appointment had been cancelled. I was told that someone should have phoned or messaged me to inform us, but I had definitely not received any messages, except 2 from Pets at Home the previous day confirming the appointment time and asking me to contact them if for any reason we couldn't attend. I was told that those 2 messages were automated. The guys in the shop were very helpful and helped sort us out with a shoulder harness for the dog and we understand that it may sometimes be necessary for Pets at Home to cancel an appointment, but it is not professional to not inform the customer either by phone and or message.

We use Pets at Home regularly for our GSD supplies.
Always happy with the service provided.
On the latest delivery, the courier lost one of the items.
The live chat support was excellent, and Mobeen solved our challenge within 1-2 minutes.
My only recommendation is to add the live support chat to the mobile app, but using the web version is also fine.

I contacted customer service via the 'chat' button on their website. My order has been damaged on arrival and they were brilliant. They quickly rectified it and gave me a refund for the damaged pouches. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

My order has not been delivered and there is no way of contacting anyone. Keen to take your money but not provide a service. Chatbox was not helpful, put through to advisor, long wait for this and then they ended chat before you could type anything. Email sent saying send reply and we will deal with your issue staright away. Send email as requested and nothing. No acknowledgement or anything and days later I am still without the dog food and they still have mu money and no way of contacting them or courier. Poor service.

Visited the Kettering store and ask for some simple advice regarding some flea/mite treatment. The lady who was sent over contradicted everything I said and had the most unpleasant manner of anyone I've ever met in any pet store. I've be visited other PAH stores and the staff are usually very pleasant and helpful so this caught me off guard. Wouldn't step foot in the Kettering branch again if they gave me what I want for nothing.

My second half of my parcel was being returned and I told Mobeen my issue. And he was fantastic and re-ordered the second part for next day delivery and as an apology he also added a 5% discount to my next online order. What a great asset to the company. Thank you so much

Customer service is appalling, Iv purchased 6 boxes of butchers dog food trays with 24 in each box the box was so badly damaged this isn’t the first time but thought I’d give them another try NEVER again will i be shopping with them after this
1 the store should never of accepted this box in this state,
2. They should never of thought it was acceptable to give this to a customer is such a damaged state
3. I should never of accepted it , had I realised just how badly it was damaged I wouldn’t off
