Order a special food for my dog on a regular basis. Petplanet are a brilliant company with very competitive prices. I was let down this week with the courier who was unable to deliver as planned and have apparently lost the parcel (12kgbag). I rang Petplanet to see if they could help- they replaced the product and had it with me the following day. They are going to follow up the lost parcel and I need to do nothing further. Great Products. Great Prices. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

So very disappointing, I have chased a refund to be told the return hasn't been received. Thankfully we sent it signed for which it was on the 7th... its the first time we've ordered from the company... we had to return the item at our expense, the company states a refund is issued within 7 days.. very disappointing service all around never to be repeated I'm afraid

I ordered some dog food (at a great price). Unfortunately, the package was damage in transit by the courier and several tins were dented. Petplanet were great and gave me a voucher as compensation.

Had courier issues with my order pet planet sorted it straight away fantastic customer service and great prices will definitely shop with them again

I've been shopping with pet planet over a year or so now, they have a wide variety of items for your pet wether it's food grooming health treats .very good prices Delivery is Quick,and I won't shop anywhere else keep it up Happy shopper

Still waiting for wafcol that was paid for and ordered 2 weeks ago ...had to order from amazon due to no arrival...not sure if the problem is pet planner or everi...would never use again

Bought the One Fast Cat wheel and was impressed with the service from Pet Ppanet.
However, the wheel itself isn’t as shown in the OFC videos. Quite a lot of clicking and rubbing noises, and the pads don’t fit as one overlaps at the end, meaning I’ll need to buy more.
Those are the downsides, as I spent £200 on this item already so shouldn’t need to spend again so soon.

I would highly rate pet planet and use them on a regular basis.
They are competitively priced and have a good range of products. Item delivered the next day, Great service.

Hamster bedding arrived with a rip in packaging that led right through into actual bedding packaging so wood chips ended up all on floor

I recently purchased 2 Purrshire cat towers that were supposedly half price. Upon receiving the items I was shocked at how poor the quality of the items were - this was obvious before assembling the tower. I checked the return policy and was shocked to see I would be liable for the cost of postage for both delivering and returning!! Had I known this prior to ordering I would have thought twice. I have been a customer of Pet Planet for a number of years and have never had an issue. Just be warned, if you purchase items that are very poor quality, not going to last beyond 3 months and therefore not fit for purpose, Pet Planets return policy will ensure you are left out of pocket. Not the best policy for an online retailer, obviously not interested in customer satisfaction, rather we have received your money.......👋 Edit 18/09/24 after recieving a response to my review I contacted Pet Planet directly with my complaint. They dealt with my grievance promptly and offered me a refund for one of the towers that was faulty. I accepted this to be fair and was pleased with the customer service received so have amended the star rating in light of this.

I ordered Carnilove for my dog, standard shipping. Unfortunately there was a problem with the delivery company. I rang Petplanet and spoke to a lovely lady who sent another bag with next day delivery. Would reccomend to everyone.

Excellent after sales service. Sorted out and got my order to me the next day after EVRI managed to mess up. Would have given 5 stars but for the EVRI cock up.

Petplanet has a wide range of products, and often have good offers. I've been buying dog-related items from them since I got my puppy, and she's 8 now. I always check their website when I'm looking for something new

I had an issue with my order in that some contents had spilled out and contaminated some of the other items. I informed Petplanet about it and they went out of there way to resolve the issue by replacing the items and sending the order express delivery.

I really like Petplanet. There is a very extensive variety of products, including some of the more difficult to obtain dog foods & all at very reasonable prices. They keep me informed of my orders & dispatches, which including tracking details. Dispatch is within times stated for both standard & express orders. The quality of the products I’ve bought have been excellent and all orders I’ve had have been well packed to withstand the journey through delivery services. I also found customer services responds quickly when needed. All in all I’ve had an excellent experience each time I’ve used this company to buy pet products.
