Popped into the Pet Pavillon Gloucester Road early morning from dropping off my son from school with my dog, I was greeted by the most unfriendly sales assistant, she looked at me disgracefully whilst I asked her I needed some bones I bought previously from the Notting Hill branch (which can I say I received exceptional customer service at Notting hill store) which I thought would be the same for this branch but no I was really disgraced by her service or more mon service she led me over to the bones in which she just picked one out and picked another without any enthusiasm and took me to the till, when I asked her where else were the branches she responded in a passive dismissive semi sarcastic tone pointing all the stores were stated on the shop paper bag! Really awful customer service for a pet shop!! Short girl, dark hair with glasses who looked like she absolutely hated her job and just hated life in general, you need enthusiastic and friendly staff for places that involve animals.

Marika just cleaned my 13 year old Jack Russel Terrier's teeth and I'm so pleased. She's done an infinitely better job than my vet did - no sedation, no anaesthetic and at £60 is £540 cheaper! I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

Anthony was great he gave me a lot of tips about my puppy and found the best items for me. Truly recommend this place

They tell me the price of the food is 26.99
I go to the till
They charge me 30
Then I ask why. They say price is 27.99
And gave me 2.01 refund

If I didn’t check, they would have just stolen from me…

We have been bringing our dog to be groomed here for a few years and highly recommend it! The team are wonderful - friendly, kind and professional.

Marika has groomed our cocker spaniel for the past few years. Not only is Marika charming, she does a fabulous job and is very good with our dog. Cannot recommend more highly.

Genesis was so friendly and helpful, she opened up every single box to find exactly what was needed! So wonderful to see someone so caring in store

Very nice place in the middle of Chelsea with some own products as well.
Castro was very helpful and friendly and helped me find what I needed for my dog.

We’ve been taking our dog here for years and they’ve always gone above and beyond in helping keep our cocker spaniel in great shape. We even needed some last minute grass seed help and the team were amazing!

Stay away from this family run business. In Chelsea they are known for their un kosher business ethics to the point where some businesses have blacklisted the owner and his son.

The staff are very helpful BUT I wonder tax has been added to my recept. Is not included in the prices of the items?? Just asking

The shop is amazing, Jenny the owner is so sweet and she is amazing she really care about clients and she do an amazing job . Every years i come to london i need to stop at this shop !

Pet Pavilion, in particular the Kings Road and Chelsea Farmers Market stores are incredible ; the range and quality of both food and toys for dogs in particular is unparalleled and all at fair pricing too. The staff have always been very welcoming and unlike many stores do not at all operate on a hard-sell basis but are primarily concerned with the best interests of the animal. It is difficult to imagine a close competitor, in terms of quality, service, environment and locations, highly recommend !!

Pet Pavillion is a dream for dog lovers.
Max is so helpful and efficient. His team including Castro make it such a joyful experience to shop and take my dog Lucky there.
