Amazing customer service and great quality products.

Great service. A little slow on delivery but don’t mind waiting for these great products!

I ordered a mystery box with the instruction of No Beef as my little one is allergic but I also added extra fish cubes, duck necks and an Ostrich patê. The amount I received as a part of the mystery box was amazing! I was very impressed and I’ve got one happy puppy. They recycle the boxes that they use too which is great to reduce waste as a business. I’ve shopped in store with them and this was my first online order but the customer service was exactly the same which cannot always be said. Keep it up guys.

I recently visited the shop after seeing them at Biggleswade market 2 weeks ago and the experience was amazing.

The shop is well laid with having a dog section and a cat section, which makes it so much easier to shop and find what I’m looking for unlike other pet shops.

The customer service was great, any questions I had where answered and the worker was very helpful.

Arrived on time and well packaged. My two German Shepards were very excited receiving this parcel 🐕🐕

Always nice to shop at Pet Munch UK little shop at the olde watermill. Great selection of treats and toys. They do deliver free to our area but we still like to pop in to the shop. The dogs love the walk in field next to the car park as well.

I absolutely love placing orders with pet munch! Only thing I would advise is when posting with evri is giving them our email address so they we know when it's being delivered! Then we get the email as it would be easier....amazing small business x

Great customer service, fast, efficient and friendly… then there’s the products. The treats are fab, all 3 of our pooches love their treats from Petmunch. They have something for all breeds, sizes and ages.

Had a few orders from these guys & we will definitely be carrying on ordering! My little Stretch enjoys delivery days .. and keeps him occupied for ages. His favourite are definitely the roe deer legs & rabbit ears.

Ryan is very friendly and extremely helpful. Very prompt delivery service. The pet treats are excellent value, natural and loads to choose from. No complaints from our dogs. Needs regular pitch on a Saturday.
