Barry made the experience of immigrating with our dog to the UK not only easy, but pleasurable. So many things that would have been daunting on our own, Barry handled with ease and professionalism. The ride was more than comfortable, and Barry was great company.

If we had to do it again, there's no question we'd call up Pet Moves.

Can't recommend pet-moves highly enough! It is actually the second time we use this service ourselves.

We moved back with out cat to London after a few months abroad and Barry and Edward made it so easy to accompany our cat into the UK again.
As long as you have the right paperwork they sort out everything for you. You just need to hop in the Van and don't worry about anything else until your destination. They'll book the euro-tunnel fares and the Pet check fee.
Barry even recommended a pet friendly hotel for us to break the journey with a very special rate.

I have no reservations in recommending their service.

Barry at PetMoves was wonderful. His communication was excellent throughout and quite patient despite scheduling setbacks. PetMoves is also considerably less expensive than a lot of the services out there. I chose them because a colleague of mine who travels with her cats all the time recommended PetMoves. Importantly, using PetMoves allowed me to avoid sending my pet in cargo- you just never know how that is going to go.

PetMoves was like a personal concierge service for me and my pet. They made my life so much easier before and during the travel. So worth it. Highly recommend Barry and PetMoves!!!

Thanks to Pet Moves our 16-years old cat travelled from Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) in Paris to Folkestone (UK) for just 5 hours with no-stress at all and in a comfortable environment.
Barry and Edward were very helpful from the very beginning of our communication, including the clarification on the paperwork and a supervision on the boarder. On the day of our cat's transfer the meeting at the airport was on time and the arrival to the Folkestone was made as promised.

It was such a pleasure to count on the PetMoves services in our long journey from Brazil to England with our loveable PARROT Lolita.
They met us punctually in the hotel near the Paris-Charles de Gaule airport and we arrived fast and safety in Folkstone train station where we continued our journey until Northfleet.

Barry was fantastic through this whole process! I was extremely worried about getting my two girl cats, Squishy and Fluffy, over to the U.K., but Barry helped make the process super easy. Honestly, I don’t know how I would have done it without him!

Barry and PetMoves helped us bring our two small dogs from France to England. We were relocating back to UK and had a long haul flight from Thailand to france and then by car from France to UK. Barry was fantastic throughout the whole process. He was very responsive and informative to all our questions and gave us great guidance along the way. He helped check our documents and was clear on costing in advance which was really helpful. The journey from France to England was nice and easy and our two little dogs were so calm and relaxed taking it all in. Barry was very friendly and the vehicle used was fully equipped with anything we may need. He was also very aware of our dogs needs and ensured we had plenty of breaks for them. Having Barry with us made things run very smoothly through the border with no hiccups. would highly recommend PetMove and it is thanks to them that we have our two little ones home safe and sound.

A massive thank you to Barry and Edward at Pet Moves, who helped us move from Shanghai to England in December 2018. Barry was very helpful in arranging everything and we were all set for our return journey. However on the day our flight was delayed by 36 hours and with two cats it started to turn into a nightmare. Thankfully Edward rescheduled us with no fuss, despite it messing up his weekend, and picked us up at Paris CDG. There was freezing rain in Northern France and the road conditions were appalling, but thanks to Edward’s safe driving and the big Volvo 4x4 we got safely to Calais where he quickly got us through the pet immigration and into the shuttle. We arrived in the UK on time and very relieved. Barry and Edward were brilliant from start to finish and we will recommend them to all our friends in Shanghai.

We heard about Barry and the team from a google search and we decided to use the via Paris option to get us and our pooches into London from Singapore. The process was smooth and Barry’s van was fully equipped to take us, all our luggage and of course our pooches from Charles De Gaul. Everything was on board from wet wipes, water bowl, towels, seat covers and tethers to keep the pups secure. There was a well thought out stop schedule again for the pooches and us. I would highly recommend using Pet Moves.

I just wanted to add to all of the glowing reviews. Barry's son Edward picked me up at CDG, and he made good on all of the services they offer:

1. A comfortable ride for me and my poor, scared kitty to England. I got to sit next to her and open her carrier a little so she could stick her head out and look around when she got comfortable enough.

2. A rest stop along the way where I could use the toilet, grab a coffee, and get the cat to eat and drink a little. She had been too terrified on planes and in airports to eat/drink, so seeing her relax enough in the car to have some was a huge relief.

3. Help getting my paperwork in order before going through pet customs. Although my vet and the USDA office back home had been thorough, Edward still noticed an inconsistency in some dates that could have caused problems had we not fixed them. That was huge! He also managed the interaction with customs, so I just had to hold the cat. Smooth sailing!

4. Friendly conversation. :-) He was a delight to chat with, which helps when you're in the car together for four hours. Also very polite and helpful with doors, bags, etc.

The mere fact that the service exists is great enough, but they really go above and beyond to make the process easy and comfortable for you. Moving anywhere is stressful. Moving abroad even moreso. But moving abroad with pets is some next-level insanity. I was so exhausted when I got to Paris. THANK YOU, Pet Moves, for taking over from there and letting Shadowkitty and me just relax while you got us safely to the UK!

We recently used Barry and PetMoves and the experience was fantastic. We went from Paris to Folkestone and it was wonderful to be able to make the journey with my four-legged son Velly right next to me. Barry is extremely knowledgeable about bringing pets to the UK, so we had no worries with paperwork or requirements, as everything was verified beforehand. I have traveled the world with my dog, but the UK is unique in that you can only enter the country with your pet next to you (and not as cargo) if you do it via vehicle and go through the processing at the border. Barry is also a very kind and engaging gentleman and we had great conversation the whole trip. I highly recommend this service and we are truly grateful we found Barry and PetMoves.

Petmoves was the answer to all our problems when it came to bringing our cat Pan from USA to England. Cat to England is manifest cargo $3500 and a miserable wait and see if your pet flies today and even if he does its well over 24 hours and being passed from person to person. OR you book with Delta for $200 and a Sherpa $30 pet carrier and he sits with you in cabin for 8 hours.Pan, my husband and daughter were met by Barry within 15 mins of arrival even though they were through customs and with baggage 20 mins before expected to even land. The van was large and roomy with covered litter box. Now here is the good bit. A freight train got stuck in the tunnel and while they waited for it to clear Pan was able to come out of carrier and roam all over the van. Barry knew where to go and who to speak too so despite a long trip no one was stressed. We met everyone at the service station at Folkestone where there are showers, toilets and food. I think Barry has become the solution to the cargo curse. He was a third of the price and next time i would have paid the extra and have him do door to door. Take Barrys advice and pay the flex ticket so if you have a problem on your day of travel with channel tunnel you dont get pushed back while they catch up.

Barry helped us move our two dogs from Phuket to London. The experience was seamless and he assisted us every step of the way. He was able to check over the paper work and his experience meant that we were comfortable with every step on the way.

I would have no problem in recommending him and this service to any pet owner. Book the service and relax, thats what we did!

Pet Moves was absolutely a perfect experience and we are so happy and relieved with how our trip went. We took our two cats from Boston USA to London UK, first with a flight on Air France to CDG airport and then with Pet Moves from CDG to our destination in London. Our two cats, having had a very long flight in the cabin with us in their small carriers, almost too small for our large and somewhat anxious Maine Coon, were finally able to relax on the very nice ride with Barry, and we were able to offer them space in the car, water, food and litter box even before we got to the UK. Barry was very easy to coordinate with and was right there when we arrived, and very well prepared with everything. Immigration for both the pets and us went well at the entrance to the Eurotunnel. It was wonderful. As soon as we got into the experienced hands of Pet Moves, both us and the cats relaxed and had a perfect trip and a fun conversation. The cats were totally safe and happy. Highly recommended.

PetMoves was the perfect solution to bringing our dog from Canada to London. He didn't leave our side for the entire trip - a wonderful reassurance. Naturally a great flyer, we were hesitant to put our schnauzer mix in the hold of a plane. Through using Pet Moves, we flew with him in-cabin to Paris, then organized with Barry to pick us up at Charles De Gaulle (seamlessly) and make our way to England. He assisted with all of the paperwork and even checked everything beforehand to ensure our move would be seamless. The vehicle was clean and Barry was a wealth of knowledge on several topics. I couldn't recommend his service more (and neither could our pup who is now living in London - without the trauma of being placed in the hold). Thank you Pet Moves and Barry!

I hired Pet Movers to pick my dog and me up from the airport in Paris and drive us the 6ish hours to our new home in London. After flying all night on a red eye, I expected this to be the roughest part of our journey, but it was great. They're prepared with a water dish, wipes, clean-up bags and wipes in a very comfortable van. Barry drove us straight to the border, handled the paperwork and got us on the train with no issues. He had a number of places where we could opt to take a break on the way, and took care of the dog for me while I went inside (he's clearly good with dogs). I was able to lie down in the van and sleep for a good portion of the way and enjoyed a book on tape with my dog on my lap for the rest of the trip. Would highly recommend Pet Movers.

I cannot say enough good things about how Barry and his son looked after Pixie and I from beginning to end. They made sure my 12 year old/13 pound dog and I were comfortable and kept me well informed every step of the way. They are experts in this niche field and know all the ins and outs of these situations. I highly recommend Pet Moves to help you navigate this complex process, you will be in safe hands!

Me and my cat travelled from Paris to London with Barry from Pet Moves and it was a great experience. The trip was very comfortable and easy. I really recommend this company for everyone who is seeking the easiest way to travel with pets from or to UK.
