Ridiculous to charge more for faster delivery
Made the order and paid extra for quicker delivery and still waited 3 days for a dispatch. What was the point? Waste of money and my animals are suffering longer.

The initial shipment was missing half…
The initial shipment was missing half of what should have been there but I called and the other half was shortly delivered. In the past, shipments have been fine and this is the first instance of a mistake.

Excellent value and quality
I bought my puppy the anchor to put in the ground, together with the accompanying lead to attach. The delivery was quick and the items of excellent quality. They were also cheaper than in my local shops!

Excellent product - rubbish carrier
It took the carrier 3 attempts to find my address, i had to stay in for 3 days and as a last resort I asked for the parcel to be delivered to the local town post office.
