Paid money - no goods received :(

The website for Petfactory.co.uk looked professional and the prices were good. For some reason I felt a little uneasy about ordering from them so I used paypal...turns out to have been a good thing as, several weeks later I have not received anything and attempting to contact them draws a blank. I've had to open a dispute in order to try and get my money back.

I looked on their Facebook page and it would appear that this sort of thing isn't uncommon. Avoid...or treat with extreme caution!
