Matched up Barstools nearly identically to ones I wanted from 15 years ago. Timing took 3 most due to COVID but product is awesome.

Exceptional products and service. We purchased two custom made Ekorne chairs. This was, for us, a big purchase! John was very helpful and made the whole transaction easy in such difficult times. Very satisfied.

We bought four bar stools for our kitchen island. They are very comfortable and have a clean, modern look. We purchased the dark gray leather with matching base, they were in stock and easily to pick up at their warehouse. The warehouse also gave us felt pads to put on the bottom of the legs.

Had my 8 ft. Olhausen table recovered, the guys did a great job, loving the new cloth.

Great people. Arranged to have a game table dropped off eventhough they were full on the schedule.

Everyone I worked with at Peter’s Billiards (from the sales rep to the delivery and installation team) was very helpful and professional throughout my purchase process. I’m very satisfied with my pool table and table tennis conversion top and I’d recommend them to anyone searching for game room games and furniture.

The salesman was excellent as were the chairs. One arrived damaged but the salesman has ordered a replacement. I am still waiting for the replacement. The plan is for someone to come to my home to replace the counter chair.

I really enjoy this machine. With that said, it is very unfortunate, for me, that I have needed to have repairs done twice. Peters Billiards went above and beyond swapping the defective machine with a brand new one. The only issue with this is that the new machine had the same issue. I did have to call and have a representative (matt) that was outstanding in customer service, was informative, professional, and courteous to complete the repairs in my home. These people have my business moving forward, if needed. (That new pool table is still a thought.)

I relied on the sales person for advice. As a result, I purchased a product that I like and is functional. I picked up my stools from the warehouse. Again, I received considerate service there.
