Attention to detail for safety

couldn't connect on line but eventually someone answered the telephone and dealt with my order promptly

Great product rapid service .well pleased

I placed an order this morning and immediately realised that I had accidentally ordered the wrong item. Within minutes of placing the order, I contacted the company by email to ask if they could either amend the order or cancel it so I could place a new one.
Unfortunately, I received a reply an hour later stating that the order was already too far into the processing stage to be amended or cancelled. As a result, I now have to wait for the £40 order to be delivered, arrange a return, and then place another order for the correct item.

I appreciate that orders need to be processed efficiently, but given that I contacted the company almost immediately after placing the order, I find this level of inflexibility extremely disappointing. There was no willingness to offer any practical solution or assistance.

Very poor customer service and a frustrating experience. I certainly won't be using this company again.

Quick and efficient

After previous issues with delivery I thought I'd give them another try due to emailed offers ongoing food. Ordered three bags of food in two separate orders to take advantage of the offer codes and 'next day's delivery.
Oh what a mistake this was. Again delivery was 'attempted' by DHL. On both occasions (3pm and 9pm) I was in the property so no actual delivery was attempted. Another bunch of lies by DHL - funny enough that yhe tracking delivery location not working! Now have to wait for four days til Tuesday to get hold of anyone as both Petdrugsonline and DHL do not work weekends. In this day and age customer service should be available seven days a week. I still wonder why they use DHL with no weekends deliveries. The last time DHL lost all of the orders with Petdrugsonline attempting to resend four times.
I can see this being another massive ballache to get this resolved

Ideally I would score zero stars. Dreadful company considering the importance of pet medication.

I ordered incorrectly and someone contacted me within two hours by email to ask what I would like to do. Someone then phoned the following morning to complete the order.

That is the last I have heard. Incorrect order still showing as being prepared more than 4 days after the order was placed.

I paid for silver plan and expedited delivery and to be honest feel I have been conned out of money.

I have had zero response to my email asking about my order. Dreadful customer service and very misleading and incorrect information re timescales on the website.

Would not use this company again.

Efficiency. The product was ordered the prescription sent product sent speedily all dealt with efficiently.

I’ve been using them especially for my dogs insulin and they have been professional and easy to deal with. You don’t take chances with insulin and they are trustworthy. On a negative I have struggled to do on line ordering and have resorted to the phone on occasion but my goodness the helpful staff make it enjoyable

I ordered some essential meds for my dog. 12 days later I had checked the order progress a couple of days earlier and saw a message that the order was being fulfilled. I had uploaded 2 prescriptions (same drug differenr dosage). I called and got a load of fluff that I had not uploaded one of the prescriptions even though their system showed that it had been uploaded. I was told that was the reason the order had not been sent. They had not contacted me to query the "missing script". By way of compensation I was told that the drugs would be sent to me by a faster route (they quote a standar 3-5 days delivery). Because it was a Friday and bank holiday it seemed probable that I would not receive the meds until Tuesday. So I had to go to the vet.
Very, very poor service this is the second or thir time that I have had delays for "missing script". There are alternatives to this supplier
