EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

I ordered and paid for 2 fluffy cat beds and the order was confirmed 9th March 2019...
As of today, 24th July2019, I have received NOTHING.

I have sent many, many, many emails, which have been answered with..."hope you are doing well, have a nice day, you will receive your order soon...."

I am on a very limited budget and this was to be "birthday gifts" for my aging girls.

These people are a rip-off SO BE VERY AWARE BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING.
I AM SO DISGUSTED THAT PEOPLE WILL DO THIS, AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OTHER PEOPLE, IT'S CRIMINAL!

Very bad

I ordered a personalized pendant more than 3 moths ago. It should show the picture of my dog. I paid for insured and trackable shipping, delivery within 3 weeks. After 3 weeks and many more times I asked when I will get my product. Always new excuses and apologies. After 8 weeks I got an invalid tracking number, contacted the seller, new reasons why it is late and so on. After more than 3 months I asked paypal for a full refund. Short after this I got a mail with a new tracking number. For alomst 3 weeks nothing - no parcel and the tracking said it never left China. Some more mails, like always they promised to "take care" and to contact the logistic partner. Finally today a parcel arrived. In this parcel a pendant with a cat - not what I ordered. Again mailing the seller to make him aware of this mistake but no answer. And by the way: The product has a poor quality. $ 50 and a lot of time and energy spent for nothing. I hope paypal will give me a refund.

Never again and people watch out! Think twice: You never know if you will get your product and aas well you can't trust in the promised quality.
