Very good service
Pet tag was very nice. Slight hiccup with the phone number being wrong. Sent email with photo and all was fixed and a new one sent immediately. Very happy with the service and will use again.

Order arrived with nothing in it.
I received an E-Mail stating that the company was closing their doors and this was the last chance to order. I placed an order and received an envelope with no tag in it. I have yet to hear back from them. Update: I paid $ 15 for an easy clip apparently. Must be a software issue because I entered all the contact info on a chosen tag.

Could Not Be Better!
Firstly, the quality of the metal dog tags and the engraving is by far the best I have seen, and I have had plenty before to compare.
Secondly, their customer service is first rate. I am in another country, and somewhere on the way the package went astray. No fault of Pet Tags, who immediately sent replacements. Highly recommended!
