The best customer service I have experienced for a really long time.
I had ordered our regular dog food again (third time of ordering - prices are really good) but had forgotten to check-out with the discount code. A phone call later and the discount was applied; an out of stock product was swapped for an in date one and I have already received my delivery.
If only all companies cared about their customers this much.

This place is the best by far for natural treats for my dogs. The variety is huge and all at really good prices. Many items I cannot find in local shops or online, especially at such good value. Shipping was so fast especially considering I place large bulk orders, that normally would take longer to recieve.

My second order arrived quickly. Ive got a male doberman in hes dobbie teens. He is gery demanding and spoiled so there's a lot of occupiers that hes not interested in. He gets a walk on a morning and evening but I need something affordable that can occupy him in between,daily. He loves everything from here. Right now hes got some fish thing,loving it. Things start from 50p. So I can have something daily for him. Il be ordering again soon

I have used Petshop online must be over a dozen times for Essentials dog food. Price is good and delivery is excellent. When accidentally ordered the wrong pack size returns were really easy. Good company

After finally having had enough of Pets at Home's nonfunctional website, and dire customer service, I went looking for an independent who did online shopping. I found pet-shop-online.co.uk, and ordering from them was the best decision.

Aside from pet-shop-online.co.uk having the brands my dog loves (Coya, Nature's Variety, Nature's Menu), they were cheaper than PAH. Pet-shop-online also had Lickimat in different colours, and a huge range of different chews, bones, and treats that PAH don't stock. I had so much fun choosing a selection of new products for my 1 year old Rough Collie to try.

I ordered just before 1pm on 20/06/24. Twenty mins later I received a text letting me know that the specific colour of a Lickimat was out of stock but if I got back to them by 14:30 with another colour then they woukd swap it.

My order was picked up by the courier by 3pm, had arrived up in Scotland the same day, and arrived at my door the following morning (21st) at 8:45am. This is probably the fastest service I've ever had in my 25+ years of online shopping.

Unlike other retailers, the products were in a box that was the right size for the contents. Many items were individually wrapped in brown parcel paper. The box was appropriate for the weight, and arrived in tact. Large retailers like Amazon and PAH should take note: this is how you do online shopping, and customer service.

I am delighted. My dog is delighted - she is too wrapped up in chewing on her new serrano ham mega bone to acknowledge I exist right now.
