I can't recommend Alan from Pest Rangers enough.
After having a leak under shower, plumber replaced flexi waste pipe that a mouse had chewed. Apart from air bricks for fireplace, which I covered with grills I couldn't figure where else it could have got in.
Could hear activity between downstairs ceiling and upstairs floor.
Called Pest Rangers and got call back very quickly. Alan arranged to come out promptly. As well as bait under floor he also placed bait under sink, in loft and outside. Then had a thorough look around house to see if any signs of entry points.
Explained the service is for 3 visits so 2nd 1 booked. On visit 2 confirmed bait taken from under floor but nowhere else.
Activity continued so after phone call Alan brought visit 3 forward and surprised it / they weren't dead.
Following this all activity stopped but Alan came back a week later to check.
He then also put a smoke bomb in loft to stop cluster flies following a conversation.
Amazing service and knowledge and arranged visits around hospital appointments without issue.
I can't recommend enough, if only everywhere gave this level of service.
