Horrible company, horrible customer service. Stay far and clear from this company. They will send you generic items instead of the brand name item you originally ordered. Then when you contact them by email, they tell you that you will receive a refund and that you don't have to send the item back. You never receive the refund, then they send you another email stating that in order to receive the refund, you need to now send the incorrect item back! Horrible experience and horrible customer service!

PestMall.com gets their popularity by spamming their links in web communities. Every single day I delete the spam they put on my forum and the next day they put more. I have deleted and blocked over 20 accounts from pestmall.com. They are probably using hacked computers to change their computer address each time they spam in order to avoid being blocked. A horribly shady business practice that is helping to destroy the internet.

Pestmall.com IS A PEST!

I've ordered plenty of pest control products from Pestmall.com and I have to say that they are one of the best (if not the best) Pest Control Suppliers online! Packages comes on time and the customer support line is truly one of the best. No automation...strictly talking to REAL people.

When there was a mistake they took care of it immediately. I recommend them to anyone who needs pest control supplies.
