after I done the survey I payed the 1.50 or whatever It was and got my results which barely told me anything at all, i thoufht to my self screw it its not even 2 pounds but a couple days later I got another charge from them for 40 pounds that luckily got blocked by my bank snd now im having to go through a whole process re setting up all my reacuring payments ect. dont trust them or give thrm any money

Zero star actually because it's a scam -
I paid £1.25 for an ADHD questionnaire advertised on Instagram. Without my knowledge or consent, £40 was charged to my bank account. When I asked for a refund, the seller admitted to automatically enrolling me in a subscription. My refund request was denied. This practice is exploitative, particularly targeting vulnerable individuals with attention deficit disorder or other psychological conditions - utterly disgusting. I urge you not to purchase anythign form this company and report them to the authorities and Instagram to investigate this account and request that they compel the seller to refund all affected victims immediately to prevent further financial harm. Also name shoild be Persolabs.

Personalabs and Persolabs are completely separate, unaffiliated companies. Personalabs is a direct-to-consumer laboratory testing company. We do not offer ADHD questionnaires advertised for £1.25, psychological assessments, or recurring £40 subscription services.
Because you have confirmed in your own review that the company involved was Persolabs, we respectfully ask that you remove this review from the Personalabs profile and post it on the appropriate Persolabs profile instead.
We are sorry you experienced this situation, but Personalabs had no involvement in this transaction and should not be accused of these practices because of the similarity between the two company names.

SCAM preying on vulnerable people i agreed to pay 68p for a ADHD questionnaire and they helped themselves to £42 out my bank wrote me a email saying i could not have a refund as they had automatically put me on subscription and its my responsibility to delete this please dont go anywhere near these scammers

You got automatically an subscription without knowing it and you cant get any money back. I feel scammed and i suggest that no one ever do something on this site

I only intended to purchase a single report for €1.95. At no point did I realise I was signing up for a recurring subscription, and the confirmation email I received makes no clear mention of an upcoming $57 charge. The subscription terms were not sufficiently visible, and I never received a confirmation or reminder that I had enrolled in a recurring plan.
I was very surprised to discover the $57 charge on my account. In my opinion, the subscription is presented in a way that is easy to overlook, and the checkout process should be much clearer about recurring billing.
It’s definitely a scam.

I can't thank Personalabs enough for their incredible service and convenience!
