I had a great experience with Persis Collection. I placed an online order with them late. I shoot San email to see if I can get the item earlier than expected, since it was for a birthday, Ali assured me that I will get it really soon. I got the package yesterday, as he said, with a beautiful Nowrooz greeting card. It was carefully packed and nothing was damaged or broken from London to LA. I highly recommend Persis Collection and will definitely be back soon for more. Thank you Ali and the Persis Collection for your unique stuff and great customer service!

I purchased my beautiful 7sin from Persis. First, I was mad while I didn’t get my order on time while in website It was mentioned I’ll receive my package before New Year. I didn’t take attention to tricky part about back up order. Arya was super friendly and helpful to expedite my shipment to USA and I got it before Noruz. It’s worth to wait… It’s hand made and there is impossible to get error free piece but I love everything that I ordered. They were imperfectly perfect. Thank you Arya

All our items have detailed product descriptions that state sizes, colors and shapes. We also provide various photos of the products on our website prior to purchase. We also state in the product description that the product is fully handmade and that "No two handmade products are exactly the same".These items are handmade and not mass-produced by industry, therefore the products are delicate in nature.

Hello! I would like to share my experience with your store ! The product is very nice and as described! But I’m not happy about the shipping! I place 2 separate orders,and was charged for 2 different shippings! At the end when I got my package everything was packed in 1 box and the delivery company charged me another $18 upon arrival! I don’t know why and how your company works like that ,but we were not happy with the service you provided at all!

Firstly we are very happy to hear you liked the products. Regarding the delivery charges, the delivery charge is based on the total weight of your order not the number of orders. However, as goodwill, we have refunded you for one of the shipping charges. Regarding the $18 charge upon arrival, this is the custom fee charged by the Canadian government, we absolutely have no ability to change or object to customs charges imposed by the government. As we mentioned in our terms and conditions,, customers are responsible for custom charges, if any. We try to keep the item values as lowest possible, and usually, customers won't get charged but sometimess the customs office may decide to investigate and charge the customer. (it really depends on the country) The cost of these custom charges vary.
We have also sent you an email with regards to this but have yet received a response.
