Perfume Point Is Scamming People!

This needs to be addressed ASAP. This isn’t a smear campaign…this is a genuine concern and complaint. It’s looking like this mall is hosting and endorsing scammers.

I recently bought from Perfume Point and was completely and deliberately misled. The salesperson showed fake “discounts” on a tiny screen, lied about the price, and sold me something labeled as perfume and if turns out it was cologne. After checking online, I realized I paid MORE than retail. That’s unacceptable and the practices aren’t “sales tactics”. it’s outright lies. I hoped that the established had more integrity and hope they make it right.

I thought maybe it was just me, but your online reviews say otherwise. This is clearly a pattern. It's shady, and it’s happening on your property.

Unless something Is done, I intend to reach out to local media, consumer protection, and I also know people at local Delaware stations Unfortunately, it may take something extreme like this actually stop the foolishness.

Like the previous reviewer, I ordered perfume in early December - 1st December, in fact. Emails were received pretty much immediately saying that the next message would be sent when the product I ordered was picked. Nothing happened. I sent several emails to customer services, none of which were replied to. I phoned and queued with no answer inside an hour. I gave up.

On the 13th January, I got two automated emails saying that my order had been cancelled. No explanation was offered.

Pathetic - never again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Made a Christmas order at very beginning of December and, more than 2 weeks later, nothing has arrived. Have spent the last week hanging on the phone for an hour at a time and NO-ONE picks up. Have sent emails and still no response. Checking my account with them online every day says 'no order at store' but order history says 'sent to warehouse' on the same day of my order - the same day they debited my credit card. There is no change to status, no tracking number, no means of contact, despite choosing the phone option of 'making an order' in the hope I might speak to a human being. I am now approaching my credit card company in the hope of getting my money back and will have to pay full price for my item on the high street as there is insufficient time before Christmas to take advantage of any other online discounters. I have dealt with other UK online perfume companies over the years and have always had a great service and regret bitterly ordering with this company as, in every way, they are rubbish. If I do not get my significant amount of money refunded by my credit card company, it will be the most expensive perfume I have ever bought - Well over £100.
