Oversupply - Unnecessary Upgrades - Overbilling
Repeated oversupply of CPAP machine parts. Billed to insurance, and copays to you for unnecessary and unneeded parts. Encouraged me to update a device I was “qualified” for, neglecting to tell me of monthly costs. Returned device but billing continues. Long waits on hold for customer service, and no call backs when that option is chosen. Check BBB reviews, Google, and Yelp. Avoid this company.
