Sales adviser was epic
Sales adviser was epic. I had no idea about the required setup for my alloys or even bolt length and there adviser was spot on. So, I didn't have the hassle of sending them back or rebooking installations or anything.
Delivery was quick, and packaging was perfect.

Ordered a tailgate damper for my Nissan Navara, was contacted shortly after apologising that it wasn’t in stock but they had a slightly different version that would fit my vehicle, I agreed to accept the alternative and it arrived within two days.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and we take these all seriously. As explained via email, our website is up to date but it does not show a live stock feed as we deal with so many suppliers from all over the world and it would be impossible to collate all of their stock lists in one place, so the first we can check stock is if someone calls, emails or comes on to our online chat system and we can check before they place the order. Alternatively, if someone places the order on the website, we will then check with the supplier/manufacturer to see if the items are available. If not, we then contact the customer to let them know that they are out of stock and we will offer alternatives, which we did in this case, where we can.
Any additional purchases from other places are nothing to do with ourselves I am afraid.
