No response equals buyers go elsewhere
The company offers a nonworking customer service phone number in their equipment manual and on their website. I found a secondary number that eventually allows you to leave a VM only (twice). No one responded. All we wanted was for them to send 2 correct size screws to help us finish putting an AB cruncher together. No calls returned, and no response to email asking for response as well.
When a company is non-responsive; I return to sender and never buy from them again. Their inaction speaks to dismissing a very small easy to fix issue and preference for bad press vs. helping their customers be successful in using their equipment. Moving on!!!
