Poor experience

Timely delivery and good price.

Edited: After the order was confirmed as placed, it was canceled. Perfectgift.com will not provide a reason for the cancellation. They will only provide a list of possible reasons.

I placed an order May 28 and…

I placed an order May 28 and unfortunately it was canceled for the art design for a college graduation using a logo. I didn’t see the cancelation.
Today I reordered and removed anything about receiving a Fulbright ETA. It would be nice if in the cancelation it specified the exact reason. Then I would not have to guess.

Every time I tried to order

Every time I tried to order, it cancelled my order. I tried with multiple credit cards and each order was cancelled right after I received a confirmation of the order

Disappointment

I purchased two gift cards on 5/28/26 and requested that both be mailed as physical cards. I am disappointed with the lack of communication regarding shipping. I paid for expedited 2-day delivery for one card, but I still have not received any tracking information or updates. The second card was sent through standard mail, and there is also no tracking information available for that one either.
It would be helpful if PerfectGift.com provided better communication throughout the shipping process, including clear delivery expectations and tracking details when available. Better customer updates and clearer instructions would greatly improve the experience.
