Customer service response from customerservice-at-yuparfums.com is possibly a BOT. They do not respond to the questions you ask or attempt to resolve the issues. No phone number to contact. The one in their T&C is out of service.
Tried contacting the company behind Yu Parfums, Per-Scent Ltd in Manchester by phone - eventually someone answered, but initially said nothing. When they did respond I was given another 0161 number, which routed me to Capetown, South Africa!
Reported to Trading Standards and credit card fraud team.
AVOID doing business with this company. AVOID buying from them. They are incompetent and inept and they simply don’t care. Furthermore, after sending me the wrong products….they want me to take time (that I don’t have) out of my day (time that costs ME money) and insist that I take photos of the products, then take photos of the wrong labels THEY’VE attached to the THEIR incorrect products. And then take photos of THEIR packaging that they sent this incompetent mess in. Then they want me to stop all my work…and drive miles to so that I can drop-off their screw-up to some convenient location of their choosing. What do I get in return? NOTHING. I’m now without the product I wanted and paid for (it turns out they don’t actually stock it). I’m still without the money I paid for the product…and I’m now I’m getting punished by having to give up nearly an hour of my valuable time to return a package of their ineptitude.
People…just don’t waste your time…otherwise they will waste your time for you.
