Very bad lender
Very bad lender. My car got stolen and insurance is about to pay off the loan. PepperMoney keep adding late fees on monthly payment when it is discussed that the loan will be paid off soon.

When a loan is still active, standard account terms (including scheduled payments and any applicable fees) may continue to apply until the insurance payout is received and the balance is finalised. I called Pepper Money today to discuss financial hardship and Mamatha handled the call with real customer service and product knowledge. Mamatha was non judgemental and did her best to get me the best deal. The call ended with me feeling valued as a customer who is undergoing hardship. Thankyou Mamatha. You are a super star!

I paid out my car loan with Pepper Finance over a week ago. I’m now trying to trade in my vehicle, only to find there is still money showing on it and the security interest hasn’t been removed.This has been an absolute nightmare to resolve. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Pepper Finance. Absolute scammers.
