The patience of the staff is amazing. Not the most confident Teams user, they guided me through, made my feel that my experiences and opinions were valued. And the subjects make me think more deeply on experiences that I am likely to skim over. The set up proceedure was first class. And the provision of a telephone number was appreciated. They are great, no complaints at all. I get sent a few survey suggestions maybe every fortnight or so - not spammed by any means but also enough to keep you going!
I don’t want to talk to anyone so I was waiting for one that was 100% text-based. It took a month or so although I may well have accidentally overlooked some, but anyway, I did my first survey and had to reach out for help. I had a reply quite quickly by a pleasant and helpful person, and I was able to complete the survey.
Stress-free experience and was expecting to have to wait a while for payment, but it came through within days!
