Peony provided the flowers for our wedding and they were just stunning. Everything looked beautiful and far exceeded our expectations.

All our guests thought the flowers were real and we had so many compliments on how beautiful everything looked.

From start to finish the service was impeccable and we can’t thank them enough for making our day so special.

2 weeks after reaching out to Peony about a damaged vase, on an order costing a few hundred pounds, I'm yet to receive any response. Not impressed with the lack of customer support given the money spent. Will avoid in the future.

We use Peony Faux Flowers for the decorative flowers for our wedding. From the first consultation (and every one in between) to the picking up of the flowers, we had great customer service. We feel that the staff were so lovely, happy to make any changes along the way and also so helpful in deciding what we wanted to make our day perfect.

The flowers on the day were absolutely stunning, everything we expected and more!! We were also given a spray to spray on the flowers the morning of, a special little touch! We had so many amazing comments on how wonderful our centrepieces and entrance flowers looked - we have to agree with them!

Thanks to Julie and the team for amazing customer service and wonderful flowers!

I can't recommend Peony Faux Flowers enough! I'm obsessed! Everything I ever ordered has been made to of the highest quality available and of the highest standard. Each arrangement/bouquet arrives in excellent condition due to them being well packaged. Everyone who comes into my home comments on my flowers and can't believe that they aren't real. In my opinion, Peony are the best flowers available. I've never been to the Peony shop itself, but the odd time I've phoned up, they have been amazing! Friendly, polite and always helpful. No doubt I'll be ordering again soon! Thank you everyone at Peony! x

My son and daughter in law bought me a gorgeous display of peony flowers in a vase for my birthday. The arrangement looks stunning on the island in my kitchen.

Bought a gift for someone at work, she really loved them. They were packaged really nicely. She particularly loved the flower spray that came with it.

Visited the peony shop in Shifnal and was blown away by the customer service! I took my own vase, and the team were so helpful and helping me find the perfect stems to fill it. Lots of them are even real touch! They’ve lasted wonderfully and people always comment on them.

I am just waiting for Evri to pick up my beautiful candle holder ( chipped ) and returned at a cost of £8 to me and that I have just purchased via QVC It was very poorly wrapped in bubble wrap a huge box I would doubt if they noticed the chip before posting as very sm but still chipped but as an engagement present I did the minute it was opened Such a pity lovely idea but also surprised at QVC not checking how their packing is as usually without question their things are very well packed no matter the cost

Charlotte created the most beautiful floral arrangements for our wedding in September 2025.
From my bridal bouquet to the bridesmaids' posies, hair flowers, and pocket boutonnières, everything was absolutely perfect.

She captured our Scottish-Greek theme wonderfully with a stunning blend of blush orchids, soft peonies, olive branches, and thistles it was elegant, meaningful, and completely unique to us.

Charlotte was incredibly professional from start to finish, with excellent communication and regular photo updates that made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I can’t recommend her highly enough, her creativity and care truly brought our wedding vision to life

I ordered and paid on the 7th of May for my wreath, it has just arrived today the 17th June, no updates given unless chased, no tracking sent, wreath arrived wrapped in a bin bag! Wreath smaller than expected and flowers already falling off so not great quality either, dont think it will last at all

Recently purchased some lovely stems for a new vase I received for Christmas. Quality of the stems are excellent and delivery was super fast!
Will use Peony again!

Very poor quality..I have a number of peony flower displays which have all been excellent.
Decided to get a new one for my newly decorated Hall.
Oh dear what a load of rubbish!!
At a cost of over £60 the flowers are falling off the stems!!
I am very dissatisfied could have got a nicer display on Amazon.
I have a display I have had off you for years and it is still perfect....very very disgruntled customer!!!!
I so wish I had read the reviews before I ordered but having had good experiences with peony flowers before I thought I would be OK!!!!

Saw this company at the NEC a few days ago and their attitudes were disgusting. Picked their nose up at people and didn't approach or want to help anyone they though were below them. Wouldn't use this company!

Zero Customer Service. QVC need to speak to them as it looks bad on them 😡 My flowers have arrived and although lovely, I think a couple of the stems have some bits missing. I've been emailing for over 2 weeks now and I can't get a response at all. Customer service is very important and although the flowers are lovely, if Peony are not there to support customers, what's the point. They are really losing customers. Not happy.

Ordered 6 Poinsettia stems for Christmas. They arrived quickly and were very good value as they were reduced in price. However, the box they were packed in was very flimsy and not fit for purpose. The flower heads were covered in cellophane but had no other packing to protect them. During transit the box was badly squashed and had a large tear across the top. 3 of the stems were undamaged but the others were nearly flattened. DPD couldn't be bothered to deliver to my safe place and left the damaged box propped up against my garden fence in the public car park. I will keep them as I think (hope) I can tease the damaged petals into some kind of shape. Very odd because I ordered some Sunflowers recently and they arrived in perfect condition in a lovely strong box. Overall a very disappointing experience. Felt like Peony & DPD just couldn't be bothered. More quality control please or I won't be bothered to order again.
