Great selection, good prices, brilliant service
I just read a review where someone gave this site 2 stars because the order was wrong. My first order was also wrong. It was an understandable mistake. I contacted them straight away and they fixed it straight away They replied promptly and politely and fixed it. Even the best make mistakes, judge them on what they do about it. I have ordered from Penworld several times in the past few months. The selection is great, the prices are competitive and the service is excellent. I wish they were a little closer so I could visit in person.

Incredibly fast and reliable service
I ordered a Graf von Faber-Castell Magnum fountain pen from Penworld.eu, and once again their service exceeded my expectations. The pen was in stock, and they processed my order almost instantly. It was packed and shipped via DHL Express, and arrived at my door — halfway across Europe — in under 22 hours from the moment I placed the order.
If I hadn't experienced it myself, I would have found it hard to believe. And this isn't the first time — Penworld has consistently delivered this level of speed and reliability. Highly recommended for anyone looking to buy fine writing instruments online.
