This company is brilliant. They stock every pen and ink and refill and pencil possible. At 52 years young I wanted to revisit the fountain pen and after extensive research on penworld.eu website i chose the Japanese made Pilot 823 clear. I couldn’t chose the nib size between fine and medium. There are no shops in Ireland to try this pen nib out so i ended up buying the Pilot 823 fine and medium nib in 14K gold. The Pilot pen is phenomenal and everything i wished for and i also went with Pilots recommendation of Pilot Iroshizuku ink. I am extremely happy and proud of my two pens and I don’t need any more. But having said that Ive now gained a trusty long term supplier for my Pilot inks for rest of my living days. I wouldn’t use anyone else. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and very fast deliveries times to Ireland. Thank you all again at penworld.eu.

I bought a pair of Fisher Space pens (cerakote version)at an extremely competitive price, and also bought a notebook that I got embossed.
I received everything just 2 days later, in Bulgaria, the 2 pens individually gift-wrapped, the notebook well embossed, with a thank-you handwritten note and even a few hard candies thrown in the package.
In a time of fast but bad customer service by online companies, it is refreshing to see a store going a bit further and deliver this attention.
