Appalling 3rd party home insurer. Going to FCA and Ombusman and have no doubt I will win given all the evidence. To avoid them writing the generic response "please give us your claim reference" to feign sympathy ... HERE YOU GO: PEN208978. Please feel free to publically explain why you will not cover the leak detected in the doorway between my hallway and kitchen.

Everything was so simple during my claim.

Shocking and horrible 3rd party agents. They are not the actual insurers however they get paid commissions. Avoid any home insurance from this company even if it’s free of charge.

Chris jumped straight on an urgent new business policy for me, offered perfect terms at a price that was acceptable for the client. I was about to tell the client I had nothing to offer them but Chris saved the day!

Incredibly poor company. Any substantial claim and they refuse to pay out citing whatever reason they can - in the case of the current claim they are literally lying to get out of paying out a genuine escape of water claim from a burst pipe, stating that it was due to failed silicon and then refusing to ensure the property in future stating it wasn't as described. Absolute useless company and strongly suggest you do not touch them with a barge pole
