Beware, v bad experience
Ordered from this site as it was .ie so I thought it was Irish and I thought delivery would be quick. Items aren't local at all, I ordered 13th December and delivery was due to be almost 2 weeks. I could accept that but then the order never arrived. No idea where UPS left it but they lied saying it was delivered. They even put my name as a reference when that was impossible as I wasn't there (someone else was though and definitely nothing was delivered that day). I contacted the Pen Store but they have been very slow sorting this out. They are slow to respond. I just want a refund now. Extremely disappointed, very bad experience, wont be using again.
Update 17-Jan-2023. Almost another 2 weeks and still absolutely no progress in getting my refund. Terrible customer experience.

I selected for my order to go to an instabox for an extra 29kr. The delivery was made to my house though, and I wasn’t there, so then it went to a store nowhere near my house.
There was no explanation why this happened, but it was annoying.

Items not actually shipped from Ireland but Sweden or France. Takes several weeks to arrive. Business not in actually in Ireland but try to fool customers by using the .ie domain. Customer service is horrible.

Missing an Item - Disappointed
Missing one pen from my order and when I contacted them via email, it sounded like they didn't believe me as if it's my fault. That in their system it was shipped. Honestly, that pen is cheap compared to my other order/s and I wouldn't waste my time making stories about it. The fact of the matter is that I DID NOT GET THE ITEM and they should own up to that. I've ordered a couple times before and even recommended penstore to friends and office mates but now I don't plan on buying in the future. Very disappointing.
