Their customization is poor quality!! Upon expressing dissatisfaction due to the high price of these pens, they required days of back and forth and photos. Ultimately, they do not stand behind their work. I am left without what I thought would be an heirloom gift. Wouldnt return or recommend.

I ordered a Quill Pen and Ink set and the quill arrived broken off from the nib. Unfortunate! I wrote to Pen Heaven with a picture of the problem and they immediately sent out a replacement at no cost, which arrived 2-3 days later. This one arrived in perfect condition.

I haven't had a chance to test the product out yet as it just arrived today, but if their excellent customer service is any indication of the quality, I'm certain I'll enjoy this pen until the day I buy my first expensive, professional quality quill.

I purchased 3 beautiful fountain pens from Pen Heaven. I experienced a little problem and couldn't get them working and asked PH if they could help. The matter was quickly resolved and pens with complimentary cartridges were despatched back to me ASAP. Service like this, is rare but if more companies treated their customers in the same manner, the world would be a happier place.
