Outstanding service and support as always. Took my ‘squeaky brakes’ Trek in this morning and they replaced the caliper and discs under warranty for free, didn’t even charge for labour. Also bloody great coffee too! There is always such a lovely vibe in pedal on. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable! Defo look after u!

I ordered a Freehub at a great price, including delivery, and even on standard delivery it arrived the following day.

The road stem arrived very quickly and was a sensible price. Fitted and just what I needed. Pedal On are on my list of companies to turn to when components are needed.

I ordered a freehub from Pedalon as mine decided to seize up a week before a planned cycle holiday.
The item was posted the next day via Royal Mail.
A week later there was no sign of it arriving before me setting off on holiday. A call to Pedalon, explaining the situation and they very kindly agreed to send a replacement, special delivery to my holiday address foc.
This company has to be highly recommended for going above and beyond in their customer service.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Had my eye on. A brilliant deal for a Trek Emonda SL6 di2 rod bike and contacted the online sales team in the first instance as was purchasing on cyclescheme (bike 2 work). Great advice, I then emailed the store and confirmed I would be travelling two and a half hours to the store. No problem again at all and I had an email confirming I could try two bikes as options. Arrived on the day and was served by Ben. He was brilliant and made me feel at ease and allowed me to test the Trek and Giant TCR talking me through the pros and cons of each bike looking at set up differences etc. decided on the Trek and Ben set up the wheels to tubeless for me and showed me exactly how to do this and how it all worked. Also explained how the disk brakes worked and what to do and not to do if taking the wheel out. Set my new bike up perfectly. All in all I was there over two hours and it was so worth every second. They even gave me a free coffee! Road the bike that evening and it was perfect. I will defo be back again to upgrade my mountain bike and will recommend Pedalon to anyone looking for a new bike. First class service, thank you to Ben in particular.

Once I was in store, was greeted and asked if I needed assistance and left alone to browser the store without an pressure or to have the feeling of be in rushed.

I a novice rider so to speak, I have old road bike and it was time for an upgrade. Picked the bike I found online and this was my main reason for visiting, I got measured up on a colour bike but same model.

Will be back to purchase at a later date, great staff and would highly recommend anyone looking for a bike and advice on accessories as they have quite a range.

In the main a decent overall experience, got looked after for the initial “expensive” bike purchase. I’d say after service could be a bit swifter for example waiting for my narrow bars, it was me doing the chasing hence 4* not 5!
