Description erronée

Description de l'article ne correspondant pas à la commande.

Dans le descriptif, il est question d'un pack canne+kit.
Mais dans le colis, il s'agit d'une canne seul.

Aucune mention dans la description d'une canne seul.
Seul commande possible. "Canne seul".
La description ne correspond sonc plus au produit.

Brilliant service

Brilliant service the only thing which wasn't your fault the package turned up with some sort of oil over everything I cleaned the rucksack nothing was spoiled the delivery company is ar fault

Pecheur would not replace a damaged rod

I paid nearly 300 CHF for a Diawa Saltiga rod that was delivered damaged. I contacted Pecheur immediately and sent them photos as they requested. Their reply was that It was too difficult to offer a replacement or a return and offered 30 CHF compensation off my next purchase.
My advise is not to buy from these if you are a foreign customer.

Shipping to Switzerland

The site is very interesting and quite complet.
I would like even understand how are calculated expedition fee to Switzerland.
Previous time I spend around 17 CHF, now 24!?
