Ordered Polo Belts

Ordered two Polo Belts early November 2025 for Christmas presents. One arrived quickly. Second has never been received or refunded despite promise of a replacement in an alternative colour on 12 December. Telephone numbers do not connect and I've messaged through Shopify and via email numerouse times but received no responses. I made a formal complaint via email explaining they are in breach of contract and quoting the relevant legal guidance, again ignored.
