Reversed Withdrawal and not being honest
I have been playing on this site for a while and never had any issues and enjoyed playing. Since the takeover, there are constant issues with games crashing etc.
I logged onto my account the other night and played a couple of the games I enjoy playing and won and withdrew £330, £2,700 and another £1,400. Normally the withdrawals go through very quickly these didn’t! I have been checking and contacting Customer Support via email and chat over the last few days as also had trouble logging in.
I was informed that there was a technical issue and that my withdrawals would be processed within 24hours - 2-3 days later and nothing has been paid into my bank.
I then get a “standard email” this evening stating that there were issues with deposits being credited twice in error and to check on the website regarding withdrawals. Having checked the status of all 3 of my withdrawals, they have all been reversed!! I am VERY ANGRY AND UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS
I had made plans etc and put some expenses on my credit card knowing this money would be coming my way and now it looks like I’ve been put in a very precarious position financially.
LETS SEE IF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LOYALTY MEAN ANYTHING TO THIS COMPANY AND THEY PAY ME MY WINNINGS IMMEDIATELY

After £4000 of deposits I finally got a good withdrawal, they took nearly a week to pay out keep in mind my account was fully verified already and I didn’t have to send anything in, and then after a week of being on pending they decided to send it via bank transfer to add an extra 3-5 working days on top don’t win big guys they hate it and will make the whole,w process a drag, account closed and will never use them again.

And then out of nowhere im told I cant deposit anymore money this is the only casino that has done this.
