It's really unfortunate and annoying when you find a great pair of leggings so you want to get more and the company can't even provide a basic update on the status of your order or even respond to emails inquiring about them. Unfortunately this is not the first time I've had this issue with this company. A year ago I went through the same thing, placed an order and was told it shipped,but no tracking info and then no updates for a couple of months. It was only because I left a negative review that I was able to get my money back, which is why I'm leaving this review. Its been almost 5 months since I placed my last order, against my better judgment giving a third chance for the company, and I still have yet to get any shipping info or status of the leggings. If the specific leggings that I ordered are not available that needs to be reflected on the website, especially of you can't get the materials in stock, but don't advertise something that you can't fulfill. Extremely disappointed because the quality of the leggings have been great, but the quality of customer service is ridiculous.

It has been 8 weeks and I have received no updates and tried reaching out by email twice and by Instagram and still no response. Very disappointing service.

I have emailed them multiple times and have yet to receive my leggings. I ordered two pairs in July and received one of them but now have had NO contact from them. No one has reached out, our emails have been ignored. There’s no number to call and complain. I just want to know where they went because they are expensive! It’s been almost 5 months now!

Update: Received A pair of leggings but not the correct pair. I love these leggings but not worth the hassle

Love the leggings, prefect fit and prefect colour, never had leggings so comfortable. But unfortuntently I ordered four pairs of leggings and only received three, I have messaged the company over a month ago and I haven't had any contact back.

I finally emailed with someone. They corrected their mistake. Which I am grateful for. I will try and order from them again hopefully better results soon. Thank you Bonnie from Peachee for your response, and understanding my frustration.

I have reached out over a multiple times Via intstagram and email about my package that was "lost". To get a response the first time i had to report them, then they said I could get a refund after they told me my package just disappeared at the warehouse. Since then, they have had no contact. I said I would gladly take a refund or for them or to fix the mistake and resend that pants... I have heard nothing. The order was originally placed in JULY. It is now October and still no fix to the problem. I do not recommend ordering from this company!

I ordered once and was shipped Wong items they did correct, so thought I would try them again. I placed my order 9/16/20 and no shipping email received yet. I have emailed them 2 times and have also messaged them on face book twice and no response. I am very disappointed

Since there were ordered on 9/16/20 and today is 10/12/20 I believe that is well over 14 days. Since that is the case can I please receive an non-automated response regarding this. If you do not plan to resolve this I will be contacting my credit card company with screen shots of messages and emails you claim you have not received. Let me know ASAP. The worst part was hoping the first time was just a fluke

I sent another email from your website as requested this morning and still no response.

I placed an order on august 26 and still have not received a shipping/tracking number. The customer service is awful. I have been feeling scammed for a long time because they will answer messages one out of every ten and only when I post it for the public to see. All I want is a tracking number and some communication or at this rate a refund! I do not trust this company and will not purchase from them again even if the leggings are amazing. It’s not worth the headache. I’ve honestly resorted to posting on here because I’m convinced it’s the only way to get a response.

I do not normally leave bad reviews and I understand with COVID 19, there are delays with shipping ect but

It is now 03/10/2020 and I have not received them or my money back. Peachee support is non existant, I've left multiple emails and Instagram messages and have no response from the company. I honestly think it might be a scam.

The shape shorts are what dreams are made of!
They fit amazing, boost your confidence and makes you go extra hard in the gym because when you look good you feel good and train harder!

It sucks. Customer service is bad. They send me a different color. I messaged them and never received a message. Not worth the price. I’ts better to buy from gymshark and NVGTN. Its a scam.

The leggings are great quality- they make my butt look so good! They are stretchy and fit my waist so nice!

I actually can't believe this! After 2 months of waiting for my order (see my previous review), it finally arrived today and I have been sent the wrong leggings! These are not the ones I ordered. I understand I was given a free sports bra and resistance band as an 'apology' but really what i wanted was the leggings that i had actually ordered! This is beyond a joke. I have never come across such a shady company. You cannot advertise a certain colour and then send something completely different...thinking I wouldn't notice?!
I also had to pay £21.50 in customs charges for an item that isn't even the one I ordered. Dealing with this company has been a problem from start to finish and I don't know how they can operate. They must think their customers are stupid. I'm leaving a review again as I doubt I will even receive a reply to my email. I would either like to be sent the actual leggings I ordered or a full refund including customs

EDIT: I said I was happy to return everything as I won't use them. I only received a refund for the leggings and not for the customs. I find it completely unfair that I should have to pay customs on an item that isn't the one I ordered. I wanted the marl fabric specifically and if they were no longer available they shouldn't be up on the site. And they are still up on the site and haven't been taken down!

I ordered leggings at the start of July and I am still waiting on them. I have contacted ye by email numerous times and Instagram with no response. I'm very disappointed with the service

My boyfriend Ordered me 3 pairs on 7th August and its now 22nd September as a gift. Still no sign of them. He has emailed you 3 times and no reply. I dmd you on Instagram and no reply. I publicly commented on your Instagram page and got a reply straight away and now still nothing, with you since deleting my public comment. I have ordered from you before and am so disappointed in your customer care service and support. There has always been an issue with deliveries and ordered from you but I decided to give you another chance. Also the material isnt near as nice or good quality as the originals. Leggings arrived, completely different material and sizing compared to the originals. Although the 4 leggings were all L, the steel ones are avout 2 sizes smaller. So dissatisfied and disappointed. I Absolutely loved my original peachee leggings and won't be reordering from you. Also, the complimentary leggings were blue, not Ruby.

They don't reply to your emails or any form of contact, it's been over a month now and nothing. No product no reply hoping i can get my money back i would never order from them again. NEVER.

Edit : Bonnie from Peachee reached out to me after my review,after a few emails she resolved the issue at hand . I ordered Aug.20th i received the product Oct.2nd . The wait time is ridiculous. The products seem good.

I placed an order on July 9th and I haven’t received any updates on shipping nor have I received any replies to my emails. (Order #6444)

Since posting my review the company has been really helpful and responsive in sorting out my shipment issue. I haven’t received my leggings yet but I’m due to receive them soon and I will reupdate with my review of the leggings!

I received my leggings super quickly since I’ve been contacted through here! They’re great quality and not see through whatsoever in comparison to other leggings I’ve bought. Will definitely be buying again

Crazy but true! I hate the fact that the fabric of the leggings i got last time is NOT the same as I purchased this time (same leggings) Ebony leggings . These ones are not stretchy at all, also because of that size M doesn’t fit as well like the previous one but i am tired of returning the item as i know for a fact how long is the process of getting new one.

Ps. I am still waiting for the leggings to arrive more than 7 weeks..And i hate when i am being ignored by the company!

Amazing leggings and super high waist. Perfect if you've had a baby and prefer leggings to be high waist 🙈

I ordered a single pair on August 5th. Their policy said expect 14 business days before your order ships. It has now been 24 business days. I have reached out to them on September 5th and have not heard anything.

EDIT: I have since received my order and I appreciate the communication on when it would arrive.
