Experience from ordering and delivery was very great for me.
Website is very easy to use when assembling custom made PC.
What I liked the most:
That special testing was done to assess if chosen parts working well together.

Informative messages on the website telling in case I choose incompatible parts.

Transparency in pricing.

That payments can be done in different currencies, this helped me a lot.

Especially I liked the pictures sent to me once my order was put together by the specialist. That was very nice touch in customer service and update messages to inform me about status of my order.

I can recommend it. It is safe to work with PCS team.

+ The configuration process checks everything and makes sure it fits
+/- This is not a complaint about the product but room for improvement in the web. It's great to have so many options, but I feel they could have a more streamlined process like a decision tree. Maybe this is specific to me looking for a smaller form factor computer, but I had to restart the process a few times as some component would not fit. There's too many ways to start building a computer in the website.
- They should rethink UPS as a delivery partner. The process was delayed and stressful

Good products – long downtimes in warranty cases
I’ve had a positive experience with PCSpecialist overall, but the warranty procedure could be improved. The turnaround time of four weeks is quite long. The self-service option is also hindered by slow reimbursement cycles and a pricing policy that doesn't cover the full market cost of a replacement. It would be great to see a more customer-friendly approach here. Aside from this specific issue, I still highly recommend their services.

The computer was very fast to arrive.
The setup was very easy.
Everything is very cleanly installed.

The in site configurator was very easy to use and offered a great variety of options. The prices are very competitive. The set up was good although lacking a few minor details (the buttons on the case for RGB lights don't work, the case had finger stains from the inside) but just details. For me the only negative was the delivery time which added up to 12 days. Nevertheless I am overall very satisfied with my choice and would totally recommend to others.

It's a verry good laptop with quite an affordable price with specs what i've got.

We purchased 4 PCs over the last 4 years and the products always met the expectations. Deliveries were timely and we have been well updated on assembly&testing process. When we had to call assistance, the service has been immediate and effective.

Configurator has worked as expected. Sometimes pricing was not clearly visible. Warnings in case of incopatibility clear and understandable, recomendation for improvements would have been nice.
Build and testing update mails are a very nice touch.
PC has arrived nicely packed and on time. UPS can be a pain as a delivery partner because depending on the country you have to be at home to recive the package personally.

I ordered a PC and the experience was very VERY good.

The only „negative“ is the long wait times in pre production, but that‘s more a me-issue, as I‘m not patient. ;)

Build quality is immaculate. Cable management is on top. You can tell that these guys love building PCs.

The price is also really fair. I compared the price of every part with the offer from PCS and with an upcharge of around 100€, it‘s more than fair!

The delivery was also very good, they packaged the PC so good that even the delivery driver was baffled from the carton. He said he never saw a package this heavy that has been packaged so careful and well.

Recoil from PCS has ended my 6-months long search for a perfect laptop. I was looking for almost impossible CPU+GPU combination, which I could just select here easily.
Plus every stage after purchase took shorter than announced.

Exellent order page with guidance if components don't fit; adapted to country (Switzerland) - page, currency, plugs - all; perfect oversight on order progress; keep promised time perfectly.
(Only the shipping company UPS is crap - see there; is there a better choice?)

Ordered both a laptop and a desktop, both customised. Well built computers arrived on spec and just as predicted. Easy install and start up. They kept me informed throughout assembly and testing. As a customer in Switzerland, i could not find a better value for money proposition. Would recommend to anyone wanting bang for the buck.

I‘m really happy about the PC I ordered. It came in a decent time and works flawlessly. I also liked the transparency you get regarding the current status of the order.

The configuration tool is intuitive and easy to navigate.
I like the fact that if an invalid or incompatible component is selected, the tool gives me alternatives. I also appreciate that if I pick an overkill component, the tool tells me that I don't need so much and I can save some money like that.

I loved the communication about the status of my order and the 3D picture of the mod build. It gives me the opportunity to provide feedback and change things before it's too late.

The delivery with UPS was the painful part. It was delayed and then the package suddenly appeared at my home completely unsynced with the UPS tracking status. The official status was still "delay in transit, the delivery date will be communicated soon", but then it arrived out of the blue. Luckily I was at home and didn't miss the delivery. Very unprofessional, considering the size and magnitude of UPS.
So PC specialist delivered beyond expectations, but UPS left some bitterness about the whole experience.

Absolutly top. While it takes some time to build the pc, the end result was great.
