Hello!
My name is Margarita Arnold, and I purchased Windows 10 order #312350 compatibility program for my laptop in July 20, 2019.The download did not go.I tried it for many times as well as I tried to call PC Destination. com from 8 phones during 20 days as they promiss a technical support.Hah-hah!Now I am trying to get my money back-20 % less-as it is written in their documents, and only after their decision.Can you imagine if it went on like this in other normal and legal American companies?They never answered my phone calls, neither they answered my emails.It is not easy to find a way to give a review of their work, either.So, I do not believe their 93% great reviews.And if this one,mine does not appear online, it will mean that the company is a 100 % fake which only sucks your money!
More of it, from now on, I am going to continue constantly call their company and reviewing it.
It is the first time of my life, buying something from such a fake liers like this company.

I have tried unsuccessfully to upgrade from Windows 7 to 10 using your product. nowhere have I been asked for a license key. This was after receiving some assistance from your Chat line. it took over 8 hours and seemed to be looked on 'updates' for about 5 hours.
i will try again today but am increasingly frustrated.

Purchased Windows 7 from them. Clicked on the exe command and my computer did not recognize the iso file. Sent emails to them as well as their support group. Got no reply from anyone. I want a refund. Have deleted the file as I do not need it cluttering up my computer. I wish I could give them an even lower score.

Initially I was afraid this was a sham but I did get connected with their tech support and they did a terrific job in resolving the issues. Just know that you probably won't get them on the phone; you'll have to do an online chat with their support.
