Super, very fast!

Very fast and efficient delivery. I ordered a Graphic card at Friday noon and got it next day around the same time. Didn't know they deliver at Saturday. 🙌

Product delivered as agreed, no bad surprise, everything was perfect

Poor quality service and delivery.

They state on the site that orders before 17:00 will be shipped the same day.
That is a lie, the product was not sent the same day even though the order was placed in time (14:00).
The company states that if an order is delayed you get a notification saying so. Another lie.
Two days later the package is still registered and not shipped.
Contacted PostNord and i have been informed that the package was not sent because it was not scanned.
They do not offer refunds and keep my money for a problem that does not concern me.
Poor service and poor communication and at this point they have my money and i have no product - just empty promises.
Would never recommend buying from this place.

Received the wrong item. It took almost 2 months to get a meanigful reply, and then the item that I had originally ordered wasn't available

Bought a couple of times from them and every time was fast and the prices are among the best.

The warehouse clerk gave me wrong informations and because of that I ended up purchasing the same item twice.
The first time I purchased the monitor the clerk was helpful, when I went back to return it, because it malfunctioned, the clerk was acting like I was there to borrow money and not to get a working product.
I was told that I had to purchase the second one and I will receive the money back for the first one... yeah... that didn't happen. Fast forward, I have purchased 2 monitors, one at home and one is still in the warehouse to be "fixed".
This was the first and last time I will purchase anything from here.

I have buyed a motherboard , and i changed my mind after,and i thold them that i want to change it with a better one.when i made retur,they told that the motherboard is defekt,and they will not refound the money.i didn't get out from the box.
