Don’t trust this company. Merchandise is “old models” this is why it’s a little cheaper.
READ the return policy. Once you open it, they will not take it back! Even if you have not plugged it in.
Stay away and shop from a real store in your community with flexible return policy and people to serve you.
This is the 2nd time PC-Canada have shafted me!
I tried to return items and was told, get the form in today which i did and then heard nothing for a week and then told sorry it's too late. Company is a joke, their policies are a joke.
Better price than everywhere else and fast shipping !
Purchased online a power supply from them during Black Friday. They wrote me back 2 days later asking for an email confirmation because they want to charge me the regular price blaming my purchase being outside of their working hours. They are clearly oblivious of what online shopping is.
easy shopping and good quality
When i ordered the external display, it was at the best price, good quality and quick delivery
Purchased over $20k of equipment from PC-Canada, including 2 thermal printers. They both arrived with no power supply cords or voltage converters (both packages!), making the machines inoperable. PC-Canada, after 3 days of not responding, made the brilliant decision that since 30 days had expired since purchase the items wasn't warrantied. Warranty? They didn't even pack it right. Not stuck for 3 days trying to find the unique style of power supply required for these devices. Unbelievable. Will never use them again.
I had to cancel a purchase just after the item had shipped, After contacting PC-Canada there was great communication and the will to help. The item was returned and the amount refunded. Throughout the process there was great communication and my issue was resolved to my fullest satisfaction. Thank you PC-Canada.
Ordering from here was easy - and they had availability when I could not find the ink elsewhere - they were able to ship it out way faster than through our normal channels - will definitely use them again!!!
Very poor communication with shipping and after a week of numerous emails for over a week it was suggested we have shipping company to send back and reorder.

Great experience. I cancelled an order and they personally call me to confirm it and send ship my other order.
The price was the lowest that I could find. The FedEx delivery was super quick. The product arrived with no damage.
The price was right. the transaction was smooth and painless, my order was shipped the next day and it arrived quickly. Cannot ask for more than that.
Great service. Order came quickly and was well packaged.
The DRD4 memory received within expected time frame and runs on my server without any issue
I've ordered (3) Busy stick from PC-Canada, first of all they were the cheapest in term of price, the process for ordering went really easy, ship within a few hours, and receive at home 2 days after. Great experience!
I m always surprised how the team can reply so quickly to our questions. I thought I received the wrong product, I start a chat an someone did all the verifications and finaly everything was in order.
I spoke with Dave who was extremely helpful. My new 43" monitor is amazing.
Great selection. Quick delivery. Great customer support
