I ordered a product on Friday afternoon not expecting the product to be dispatched until Saturday or Monday to travel down to Ruapehu district. I was extremely surprised and very grateful that the product arrived 9:15 am on Saturday.

nicer to deal with a NZ based company. Prices are not as cheap as Temu or AliExpress and interestingly if you use ChatGP it usually favours PBTech! I have only used PBT once but service was good and fast.

Buying experience isn’t great since most of the employees look miserable in store when buying something. Also the returns and refunds experience as probably the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. My Apple Watch broke and it took 2 months to get them to actually do anything about it. I recommend them for buying small things but anything that costs big money don’t bother.

I have been a customer of PB Tech for about 20 years and have bought phones, laptops, headphones, printers and all sorts of accessories and consumables either online or from their Petone store. Product quality, price and customer service has always been top notch. Delivery of online purchases has always been extremely rapid. Absolutely ridiculous service. Pc was playing up last yr only few months old sent it late last yr they didnt work on it till 3 weeks in so had it for nearly a month also didnt do anything so they sent it back. The day it arrived it had played up again so sent me instructions to do the job that they where supposed to do the first time. So told me to send it back again after sending them photos of the issue that they could have done the first time. nearly 1 month without a pc again even though they have finished the job and been sitting there for week and still havent sent it back. I will never go to this company again I will be staying local and there head office ai chick that answers is dog shit they need to get rid of it as they never bloody call back even when a ticket is created.

PB Tech is 100% reliable, they are very efficient in terms of sending out purchases. Their goods are a good quality and well described on their website. I have never been disappointed with them. I rate them highly and use them a lot.
