Lump under vinyl in general walkway…
Had my flooring fitted a few weeks ago by PaySmart carpets and I noticed the vinyl fitted has a lump underneath it on the main walk way to kitchen and there are marking that have been drawn on by the fitter to match the piecework. My stair carpet is lovely although I’m sure I chose a darker colour but I can live with it . I’ve complained several times by email and requested someone come and check this for me but still no further contact yes the fitters were well mannered and helpful and of course the sales person was helpful but the company are saying it is part of the pattern!!!! I know this won’t reach the people it should reach to warn them of the after care!!! Word will get round …..

sales representative was very helpful and efficient and explained everything in an easy manner which made me feel at ease as I hadn't used this company before. carpet fitters were professional and cleaned up after they had completed the job. I'm very happy with the quality of the carpets and would definitely use this company again.

A Pleasure From Start to Finish!
The decision making was made simple, the measurer (Frank) was a great guy, and the fitters were helpful, friendly, and got flawless carpets down in record time. Oh and the carpets are of amazing quality!

Love the ebd results a little pricy
The flooing is perfect got it done yesterday the reason I knocked a star off was price i was told £400 when I signed evuthing then when it came to booking they added a fitting fee of £132 i wouldn't of been bother about that if it was told to me when I was singing everything but they sais they put it in the terms and agreement obviously no one reads that but other then that the flooring was done perfectly my room is odd shaped and they made it look perfect

Unprofessional carpet fitter but happy withcarpet company
The carpet fit itself was great it was the fitter that caused me problems by breaking my wifi asfyer bring told plz dont touch it as its just been fixed, nails left on carpet me amd dog stood on them and his extra large binbag of rubbish was left for me to dispose of which cost me because the amount of different items in it that had to be recycled separately and then kieran stopped replying my texts very unprofessional guy that takes no care of people's things

Really happy with the service
Really happy with the service.
John who came and measured up was helpful and knowledgeable. We had kitchen and 2 bedrooms fitted with vinyl and carpets. The prices are very reasonable and love the quality of the finish. Chris and the 2 guys who attended were really friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough. I highly recommend and thanks for doing a great job!
