BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

Bad communication from the staff to get back with delivery date. No information provided on time. No respect of the delivery terms (within 14 days after payment) although payment done 100% while ordering.
40 min over the phone without getting someone over the line.
no reply by email either.
I really expect a compensation as all the rest of the job (25 000 chocolates to be inseerted into the 25 000 enveloppes) has been litterately stopped ! delivery won't probably be offered on time. BIG disappointement.

Bonjour Madame BOUILLET,

Soyez en sûr nous sommes tout autant désolés que vous et nous en avons discuter hier par telephone. Nous avons transmis les palettes au transporteur avec 3 jours de retard et nous nous en excusons mais cela prend du temps pour préparer une commande de 25K d'enveloppes surtout pendant cette période.

Maintenant le problème vient aussi du transport qui nous donne des nouvelles approximatives et qui nous promet également une livraison le lendemain mais toujours rien en vue ....

Veuillez très sincèrement nous excuser pour tout ça et si cela a des conséquences financières pour vous nous en discuterons après la livraison.

Excellent service. The products arrived almost the following day! I received the invoice right away and placing the order was also very straightforward. Just perfect.
