Really bad service
Really bad service. I transferred money from my bank account (which is the account attached to my paypal account) and then a couple pf weeks later, I tried to transfer some of that money back into the same bank account, and they blocked my account and ask for all these documents, that in 2018, is almost impossible to get, since everything is done digitally. I provided them with the documents and they said that it is not good enough, so now they are holding my money hostage. Ridiculous!

Cannot close account
I am trying to close my account and they do not let me, I sent them all the documentation and they keep delaying the process. It is impossible to do it, so do not create one if you want to delete it one day.
Your information will stay there FOREVER!!

Safe!
PayPal delivers exactly what it promises: a safe payment channel. The website and transactions are transparent and easy to use. One comment though: I do not understand why money which was reimbursed to me was held in my PayPal account, instead of channeled to my checking account
