BAD customer servive
PayPal simply closed our case, stating that we did not reply within deadline, eventhough we replied 24 hours before the deadline ended. And now it is impossible to get in contact with anyone at paypal - not even email. Their decision is not correct, and we replied in due time and it is simply not acceptabale, and as far as I am aware close to being against BAFIN regulations - but that is off-course for someone else to decide

Safe and sound …
PayPal is a perfectly well working service. I’m very happy with it. At the beginning it was a little complicated for registering ( this was many years ago ) but it was worth it. My payments are safe and that’s the most important thing.

no trust anymore
I have been a loyal PayPal user because of their "Buyer Protection," but after my recent experience, I no longer feel safe using this platform.I fell into a subscription trap by a service called Use.AI, which lured me in with a €1 offer and then charged me €29.99 without any notification or clear consent. When I opened a dispute, PayPal sided with the merchant, claiming they provided "proof" of the subscription. However, when I asked to see this proof, I was ignored. Even worse, the merchant claims they can't find my account, yet they have my money. I am already looking into alternative payment platforms that actually value customer security and transparency. PayPal has lost my trust.

Order cancelled but still drawing money
Made an order. Got it cancelled at the store. But PayPal still going to draw the money from my account. I have made an case at PayPal, but the message was that PayPal still are going to take my money… so now we go from PayPal helping to PayPal stealing… and there’s no help for English speaking people, only on mondays… what kind of company is this? After 10 years iam never going to use PayPal again if I don’t get my money soon

I was covered by customer insurance but…
I was covered by customer insurance but I never got the full amount back from a package which I never received.
I have written emails to PayPal and to trendynewlook several times regarding this order .. no response??
PayPal have closed the case after only refunding me half the amount after I have called them 3 times and they tell me to write to the shop who doesn’t reply back
