It was decent service, I use Payoneer for few years and it would be 5/5 but they recently locked my account because they need to verify me. I sent required photos, documents and my I am still not verified by them. Because of this my money that was sent to me at 10th May is still in progress.
Terrible Experience with Payoneer – Hidden Fees & Poor Customer Support
Worst experience ever!
I created a new Payoneer account because the website I was working on removed local payment options, and Payoneer was the only available option for my country.
After completing the entire onboarding process and all required verifications, I requested a withdrawal of $66.21. Out of that amount, around $29.51 was deducted as an “annual fee.”
Their customer support is one of the worst I have ever experienced. They do not reply to support tickets, and the representatives on calls do not even know how to properly deal with customers or provide professional support.
Out of $66.21, I only received around $33.50.
I will also escalate this issue on social media once I get free from my other work commitments.
Very poor service overall. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I am writing this to highlight the complete lack of accountability and professional communication at Payoneer. My account has been held in a verification loop for 70 days, despite my full cooperation and the submission of all requested legal documents.
The Timeline of Failure:
March 17: Case started by Jason. He was unable to resolve a simple verification and forwarded me to the 'Risk Department.'
Late March: I was directed to contact the '2nd Chance' Department. I emailed them and waited 20 days without a single response or acknowledgement.
April 17: Only after I escalated the issue on social media (X) did Sofia contact me. I immediately submitted high-resolution, stamped bank statements as requested.
April 24: Following another week of silence, I posted on X again. Both Sofia and a Supervisor reached out, promising that the matter was being handled internally and asking me to wait.
May 26 (Today): It has now been over one month since a Supervisor and Executive Support took over my case, and 70 days since the process first began.
The Issue:
I have provided every document requested: clear photos and physical bank stamps. I followed the specific instructions to 'wait for internal communication' and avoid sending follow-up emails to prevent delays. However, following the rules has resulted in over 30 days of total silence.
It is unacceptable for a global financial institution to paralyze a user's access for 10 weeks over a manual document review. This is a complete failure of the support system.
Demand: I require an immediate manual review and reinstatement of Customer ID: 99366500. I am no longer accepting generic automated responses."

Payoneer is a fraudulent app, I was defrauded of the entire compensation give to me for a quick job I did online, I used the app to receive payment, only to be denied the payment because it was not up to a withdrawable amount. Imagine, why should anyone be denied their funds because it wasnt up to a minimum that was never stated at the point of account creation, Payoneer has done this to a lot of people

please try to use any alternative method of payment if you are not able to earn $6000 per year. This company is doing clear fraud by not notifying about the annual charges. I am finding some more social media platforms to review this company as fraud.
Payoneer admits they cannot solve my issue and denies my funds!
"I am reporting a massive case of financial misconduct by Payoneer. My account timeline clearly shows that 248,281 USD has been received into their system. However, Payoneer has now formally notified me that 'the funds never entered their system.'
This is a direct contradiction of their own system logs. They have effectively admitted they 'cannot solve' this issue and are holding my 248,281 USD without any explanation. They have also subjected me to months of stalling and insecure communication through Telegram.
I have escalated this matter to the CFPB (Case #260508-32414532) as a case of financial misappropriation. If you have a business account with Payoneer, be extremely cautious. They have proven they can simply 'erase' a balance of 248,281 USD from their records while ignoring security protocols."

UPDATE MAY 25: I just received another robotic email from 'Betty' today (Ref: 260525-001707), claiming my account is STILL under review in Case 260506-002605.
Look at the date! That case was opened on May 6th, and today is already May 25th! I have been completely trapped in your broken system loop for THREE WEEKS. Every single time I called or emailed, you promised '1-3 business days'. This is a complete lie! How many weeks does a legitimate Romanian company have to wait just for a simple manual check?
I have made countless international phone calls from Romania, spent hours holding the line, and submitted all my official Company Certificates (CUI). You are killing my business, and my Amazon summer peak season is escaping right now.

Absolute nightmare: Account closed after 2 months of submitting valid documents - Customer ID 17917623
I am utterly appalled by Payoneer’s customer service and compliance team. I have been trying for TWO MONTHS to open a simple account solely to receive a refund from Google for a defective phone. I have sent over 50 emails.
I uploaded my valid passport and a legitimate internet utility bill from Zurich (netconnect AG). On May 13th, they confirmed the document was uploaded. Out of nowhere, on May 22nd they closed my account, and today an agent named "Princess" sent a copy-pasted response claiming I gave "wrong information" without any explanation.
Your support agents do not read tickets and constantly close complaints as "duplicates" (Reference IDs: 260508-005067 and 260519-012982). This is an absolute farce. I demand a senior compliance manager manually review my Customer ID and reopen my account immediately. I will be filing a formal complaint with the financial financial regulatory authorities (CSSF) if this is not resolved. Avoid this company at all costs!
Worthless, account blocked for no reason, takes months to resolve
I’ve used Payoneer for the last 4 years, mostly because the people I work with use the platform but it’s worthless.
I constantly have to in touch with their customer service because my account gets blocked for random ‘reviews’. It’s extremely annoying and disrupting. Right now I am frequently calling them because my account has been blocked since April 12th, that’s 6 weeks ago (ticket nr 260521/020712) and the only thing they keep on telling me is they can’t do anything and I have to keep on waiting. But waiting until when?
I’m waiting for them to resolve this so I can take my money out and delete my account.

Incompetent Company
I received many emails from Payoneer saying that I was eligible for a card, so I finally decided to apply. They asked me to submit documents to verify my account, and I provided all the required documents. However, because the documents were in a foreign language, they blocked my account.
This experience has made the company seem very incompetent. I have been using Payoneer for five years, yet it appears that even customer support does not know how to properly handle these situations. Whenever they provide a solution, another Payoneer team simply rejects it.
Honestly, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. I would strongly discourage businesses from choosing this company. I also blame my company for forcing me to use Payoneer in the first place.
Do Not Waste Your TIme On Payoneer
If you're thinking about creating a Payoneer account... I would highly recommend reconsidering.
In my experience, it has been a complete waste of time. Even if you manage to get your account approved, there is always a risk of issues that could affect access to your hard-earned money.
I uploaded every document they requested... documents that were clear and easy to read... yet they continued to reject them without providing any meaningful explanation. Then, while I was still actively discussing the matter with their support team, they suddenly closed my account.
I am extremely disappointed with their service, support, and overall platform. The entire experience has been frustrating, and I expected much better communication and transparency from a company handling people's finances.
Based on my experience, I would advise anyone considering Payoneer to research carefully and explore other options before committing to the platform.

I changed the name of my LLC and submitted official government documents e.g., business license, Secretary of State name change, IRS documents and their system repeatedly rejected them as inadequate. Absolutely no way to reach a real person for customer service so I am closing my account. There are better alternatives that have come along since Payoneer came in to being, so I suggest using those platforms.

The staff (bot?) kept gaslighting me by telling me that since I’m unable to log into my account, I should log into my account and turn off the two-step verification.
