I have a Animation project commissioned…

I have a Animation project commissioned and the animator wanted me to pay for some of the project using USDT through Binance. I created an account and went throught all the ID checks which I don't like to upload(storing ID for marketing, hackers?). Binance approved me. I wanted to buy 100USDT = $151.11AUD using my Australian banking institution issued debit visa card. The payment processed and then said: PAYMENT FAILED. I checked my bank account and found out the Binance uses Paymonade. The $151.11AUD WAS debited but I received NO 100USDT amount to my Binance account. So I had to CALL my bank two days later and RAISE A DISPUTE for this PENDING transaction. I've also managed to contact a human at Binance and open a case with them as well, that's still onging. All this started on the 11th April 2026. I just want my money back so I can pay the animator to finish his work. This has caused me stress and anger using Binance and Paymonade.

I saw a lot of negative comments at…


I saw a lot of negative comments at first, which made me hesitant to use this service.
However, I decided to try depositing money on Binance through Paymonade and everything worked smoothly and quickly.

The process was simple, the transaction went through without any issues, and the funds arrived fast.

Based on my experience, the service was reliable and efficient. I think it deserves a fair chance.

Now it’s being more than a month that…

Now it’s being more than a month that I’m trying to verify my account and I still can’t buy crypto with card.

It is for sure the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

If you are thinking about open account on Binance, think twice. Until they keep this partnership with paymonade it is impossible buy any crypto with card.

My worst crypto experience

One star is still too good for Paymonade… I don’t understand why Binance works with such a miserable „partner“. They are ruining Binance‘s business. It is impossible to verify an account and buy crypto by card. I have been trying for several weeks now and my patience is at an end. Luckily, Coinbase does not work with Paymonade… Congratualtion Binance!

No KYC data retention period policy

The simple idea that Binance redirects us to a third-party payment system, in ordar to finish our payment, which before was meant to be done on Bifinity, is itself, very untrustworthy.
They DO NOT have a policy where they clearly say how much time they retain your data, wand that is a big convern for me, because, me as a customer, I want to know the exact time when paymonade deletes my data, after I already requested to delete my own account.
If you want maximum security, privacy and full ownership of your own data, DO NOT make and KYC-verified on this payment system, IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

Really really bad service

Really really bad service. The website is very simplified and a user can almost do nothing to their own account. I can’t connect my account to Binance and write to the support email. It took at least 2 plus days for them to reply useless support. I wonder if Binance work with this partner to passively tell users do not use credit card for purchases. Tech sucks, service sucks and the site is as shady as a scam or fishing site. I am gonna use other payment method and delete the account.

Be aware!! card payments not instant

Be aware!!! I do not recommend anyone use it.
They advertise that buying with a card is instant on binance but this is only in your imagination because they will take the money but do not process the order, and the only way to contact them is via email, which they never reply to.

I placed a purchase order over 10 hours ago and it's still being processed. The price of Ethereum has changed and I've lost a lot. Now I don't know if I've been scammed or if I'll get my money back because no one is responding.

maybe you should do your job and reply to emails instead of just replying here to show you're trying to help. This is simply a scam and very poor service.

I have been trying to get my account…

I have been trying to get my account verified for days. I have sent multiple emails to their support address and they respond at best 2 days later with absolutely no help. Not only is their support service as horrible as I've ever experienced but after seeing all these horrible reviews I am shocked that binance would choose to partner with them. I hope binance realizes what an absolute failure this partnership is and moves onto something better. If you see this review do not tell me to provide more details to your support email because you know your support channel absolutely sucks so there is no point.

I made a $2000 NZD fiat deposit through lemonade or whatever this scam company is called and the deposit failed and my money taken away, they reversed the refund and haven’t given back the fund as though they are not gonna give back the money.
