Have used payment assist a couple of times, needed to use them again for car repairs and was declined, rang them and the person I spoke to was really helpful, turns out garage had sent link with old cars details still on aswell as new car details, PA removed old car details, garage sent new link and loan was then approved, I found customer service really helpful

FIRST TIME USER - EXCELLENT.
This is the first time I've ever used a system like this to pay for three tyres I purchased from National Tyres / Halfords.
The system used to pay for the tyres using this payment method was very straight forward. It couldn't have been easier to be completely honest.
One deposit taken at the time the tyres are fitted and three further payments split equally over the next three months.
The most important factor being :
0 % INTEREST ON THE PURCHASE over the three monthly payments.
I will definitely be using the service again.
Very easy to use and navigate and easy to understand. Simply excellent.
