That GPA is willing to help in hard times.
I like the fact that they are willing to work with there customers when we are having a hard time paying our utility bill, i know there is a limit of how far they can help, but with me personally i have asked for an extension on my payments about 4-5 times & by the 3rd time i have asked they couldnt so i didnt have power for 1 1/2 months from may 12 2023- june 26 2023 , It was hard with 4 kids . Maybe around late july i had to ask a family member to help me put my power back on & when i called come to find out i had to pay arrears, reconnection, application fee etc totalling $800 something, I think GPA has resources that could of helped me & my kids especially in the times of covid & then having typhoon mawar .
