Excellent experience with some observations
Despite having taken a long time to accumulate refunds, when I reached the minimum required the withdrawal was almost instantaneous.
My only observation is that despite having accumulated refunds from other trading accounts, since they cannot be integrated into a single balance, their withdrawal is impossible.
It would be very positive if the refunds were to a single withdrawal account.

If you have multiple trading accounts receiving rebates under your PAYBACKFX user account you can consolidate all the available commissions into one withdrawal request when you place said withdrawal request.

I checked all of our correspondences and I see that we've responded to all of them.
As we've explained, we collect the funds from each broker once a month, the funds are always collected for the previous month (usually between the 1st and the 10th), and from RoboForex twice a month (at the beginning and the middle of the month).
Please note that the earnings you made in November are already available for withdrawal, and the funds you made during half of December will be available for withdrawal in the next few days.
